EVENTS & ACTIVITIES

GENERAL RULES

  • All registered students must always carry their college ID card compulsorily.
  • Participants are strictly prohibited from smoking, consuming alcohol, drugs, vapes, hookah, e-cigarettes, illegal substance or misbehaving in the college premises.
  • Participants should report to venue at least 30 minutes prior to the event.
  • On spot registrations are permitted.
  • For on spot registration participants should report at 8:30am at the venue.
  • Participants registering for more events should ensure their events don't clash.
  • The college is not responsible for your valuables.
  • The required devices for their events must be brought by participants.
  • The participants should come in proper dress code for their respective sports and academic events.
  • The organizers have the right to reschedule or cancel the event in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
  • The decision of the judges and organizers will be final for all events.
  • Vulgarity, malpractice will not be allowed in any events, if caught then the team will be disqualified from the respective event.
  • All the participants are expected to wear masks, maintain social distance, carry sanitizer, and always adhere to covid guidelines.
