Recharge&#8221; Faculty Wellness Workshop at SRN Adarsh College, conducted by Yogabandhu Prashanth and his team, was a transformative experience for all Degree Faculty and Office members as part of Mental Health Month. The session focused on music therapy, using sound healing instruments and guided mindfulness techniques to foster relaxation and well-being. Renowned for his expertise as a Yoga and Sound Therapist, Mr. Prashanth helped attendees reconnect with themselves and rejuvenate their spirits. The event was graced by dignitaries Sri. Padam Raj Mehta (Hon. President, AGI), Sri. Jitendra Mardia (Hon. Secretary, AGI), and Dr. S Prashanth (Principal), highlighting the college\u2019s dedication to faculty wellness.
