- Candidates who have completed Two-year Pre-University Course (PUC) of Karnataka State.
- Candidates who have completed 10+2 years of education in Karnataka or other states, or an equivalent qualification.
- Students who have cleared 2nd PUC through open schooling are eligible to apply.
- Candidates who have completed a Diploma in Commercial Practice are eligible for lateral entry into the 3rd Semester of B.Com.
