Independence Day
INDEPENDENCE DAY was celebrated in our college on 15.08.2024. Sri.Padamraj Mehta, Hon. President of AGI, presided over the function. Sri. Jitendra Maradia, Hon. Secretary of AGI, Sri. Ashok Bhansali, coordinator of AGI, Sri K.K. Bhansali, former president of AGI, Dr. S. Prashanth, principal and Sri. Venkatraman, director of AIMIT were present on the stage.
The dignitaries hoisted the flag together and the National Anthem was sung in chorus. Later, the formal function was arranged in the prayer hall. In his presidential address, Sri. Padamraj Mehta wished a happy Independence Day to all and advised the students to keep their localities clean.
Sri. K.K. Bhansali addressed the gathering and wished a happy Independence Day. Sir stressed the need of individual development of the citizens and the organizations for the development of our nation.
Sri. Venkatraman, director for M.B.A. course, addressed the gathering and explained how our nation has improved a lot in the last 10 years.
The formal function was followed by cultural activities by our students. They danced to the patriotic songs. The Divyangjan students performed a skit under the direction of Shreedevi madam which was very inspirational.
Dr. S. Prashanth, principal, welcomed the dignitaries on the dais and the gathering. Dr. Mallikarjun K. anchored the programme. Prof. Rohit expressed the vote of thanks. All the faculty and the students were present on this patriotic day. The function was very meaningful.
