ANNUAL ATHLETIC MEET-2023
Annual Athletic Meet for the academic year 2023-24 was held at Rani Channamma Stadium, Jayanagar on 29.12.2023. Capt. Chikka Rangaswamy, Physical Education Director and NCC Officer at Sheshadripuram Group of Institutions was the chief guest. The formal function was presided over by Shree. Padam Raj Mehta, president of AGI. Shree. Jitendra Maradia, Hon. Secretary of AGI, Shree. Manoj Jain, Dean of Academics, Dr. S. Prashanth, Principal, S. R. N. Adarsh P. U. and Degree College and Shree. Dikshith Yogesh, Principal, S. R. N. Adarsh Evening College were present on the stage.
The chief guest Capt. Chikka Rangaswamy inaugurated the Annual Athletic Meet and addressed the gathering. Sir motivated the students by giving his own example. He briefed about the opportunities in the field of sports and the financial support given by the government. Sir also appreciated the management for providing the best facilities to the students.
Shree. Jitendra Maradia also addressed the gathering and stressed the need for the sportsman spirit among the students by giving the example of torch. All the P. U. and Degree College students and the faculty were present. The faculty encouraged the students who participated in various events and won the prizes. The Principal Dr. S. Prashanth motivated the students and the faculty throughout the day. The prizes and the certificates were awarded at the end of the athletic meet. The Annual Athletic Meet was a grand success under the able leadership and guidance of the principal Dr. S. Prashanth.
