Golden Jubilee

The Golden Jubilee of Adarsh Vidya Sangh (S.R.N. Adarsh P.U. College) was grandly celebrated on November 26, 2022, along with Adarsh Degree College, at the prestigious Central University Auditorium. This milestone event marked 50 years of educational excellence, showcasing the institution’s commitment to holistic education and skill development.

The event was graced by Sri L.A. Ravisubramanya, honorable Member of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly from Basavanagudi constituency, who served as the chief guest. Sri Padamraj Mehta, President of Adarsh Vidya Sangh, presided over the function, along with Sri Jitendra Maradia, Hon. Secretary of Adarsh Vidya Sangh, and former Presidents Sri Hastimal Sisodia and Sri K.K. Bhansali. Sri Mahaveer Khanted, Chairman of the Celebration Committee, and Sri Praveen Bafna, Souvenir Chairman, also played key roles in organizing the grand event.

Several Executive Committee Members and Office Bearers of Adarsh Vidya Sangh attended the celebration, reflecting the strong leadership and vision of the institution. The academic leadership included MBA Director and Principal Sri R. Venkata Raman, Dr. Shakuntala Samuelson, Principal of Adarsh Degree College, Dr. S. Prashanth, Principal of Adarsha P.U. College, and Dr. Anil Kumar, Principal of S.R.N. Adarsh Evening College.

During his speech, Sri Ravisubramanya applauded Adarsh Vidya Sangh for its unwavering dedication to quality education and social service. He particularly appreciated the institution’s inclusive education initiatives, acknowledging its efforts to provide learning opportunities for differently-abled students (Dumb and Deaf students) alongside mainstream students.

A major highlight of the Golden Jubilee of Adarsh Vidya Sangh was the felicitation of Senior Faculty Members who have contributed 25 years or more to the institution’s growth and success. This recognition symbolized the commitment of Adarsh Vidya Sangh to academic excellence and faculty welfare.
