Innovative Insights Unveiled: One Day National Level Conference on Shaping the Future Trends and Insights For Tomorrow

SRN Adarsh College organized one-day National level conference on “Shaping the Future: Trends and Insights for Tomorrow” in the field of Commerce, Management and Computer Science on December 21,2023. The conference brought together industry experts, academicians and Research scholars to explore the latest developments and anticipate the trends that will define tomorrow in the aforesaid fields. The Inauguration programme started with the welcome address by Dr. S. Prashanth, Principal of SRN Adarsh College and Our Respectable Dignitaries inaugurated the session by lighting the lamp. Our honourable Secretary Sri Jitendra Mardia   enlightened about the importance of research.

Dr. Manoj Kumar Jain ,Dean of Academics  highlighted about  the importance of industry –academia partnership in educational institutions

Sri. Sunil Bangalore partner, Price Waterhouse Coopers was the Chief Guest delivered the message  about the elements that measure  the success of a person.  Sir also added that the main purpose of the business should not be to make money but to serve the society. The innovations for future     should be  always  kept in mind.

Dr.T.V .Raju Director –Planning , RV Educational Institutions Rashtreeya  Sikshana Samithi  Trust was the Guest of Honour of the  inauguration Session. Sir  focused more on technology  . Sir also added that “You can replace the product ,but you cannot replace the experience you had while buying”. He also added  that happiness is index of the employes ,it can set a new trend of any organisation.

Sri. Karan Kumar, Serial Entrepreneur and Chief Mentor Shruth and Smith Foundation, enlightened about technology and its use in various departments like e-commerce digital marketing ,data analysis and he said that the technology should be an enabler of marketing and it should be used as weapon for our students.

The next speaker was Dr. B.G Satya Prasad, Director GT Group of Institution. He eloquently described and analysed the present education system. Sir discussed about problems faced by various institutions  and organisations are need to be addressed and meticulously training  should be  given for our students through utilizing new technologies. Sir concluded his talk that we need to give more importance to skill development among our students.

Dr. C.Usha, Chairperson Department of Commerce, Karnataka State Open University, Mysuru said that  the future of the society can be positive and it can be  sustainable if an economy focuses more about ESG aspects along with utilization of AI in an ethical way  will obviously empower the growth at al larger eventually.

Mr. Laxman Prasad Special invitee of the conference explained that learning and research should help society at large. The  present youth should benefit from a research and teachers have a special responsibility as teaching and learning go hand in –hand. He concluded quoting that ‘ Growing to serve and serving to grow’ should be moto of the teachers.

With an impressive turnout of over 100 participants, the conference attracted a diverse audience from various places. The Conference served as a platform for networking and collaborations, fostering new connections and partnership among attenders. Participants explored potential research collaborations and discussed future initiatives.

Dr. K.R. Jalaja, Dean and Chairperson, Department of Commerce of  the Bengaluru City University  was the  Chief Guest   for the Valedictory Function, addressed the Participants and distributed the Certificated to them. The best paper presenters were given a token of appreciation during the Valedictory function.

Best paper award was awarded to the following presenters:

 Thus, the National Conference on “Shaping the Future: Trends and Insights for Tomorrow” at SRN Adarsh College was a resounding success, bringing together Researchers scholars, Academicians and Corporate Delegates to exchange ideas and advance knowledge in the aforesaid fields. The   event laid the groundwork for future collaboration and initiatives in the academic community.
