The Principal and Parents’ Meeting was held for the II P.U. students on 03.06.2023 to give the guidelines for the parents and the students. The principal Dr. S. Prashanth addressed the parents and the students. Sir explained the guidelines to be followed by the students for their improvement and performance. The parents were reminded of their responsibility.

Shree Sanjay Dhariwal, vice-president of A.V.S. represented the management and addressed the parents. Sir advised the parents to monitor their wards as their age might prompt them to fall into bad ways. He also pointed out that the parents shouldn’t be too skeptical.

The parents were asked not to provide the mobile phones to the students during the college hours. It was also informed that 75% attendance is mandatory to write the final exam. The calendar of events was explained by the principal.

The meeting was held for II P.U. ‘A’ and ‘C’ sections in the auditorium on the IV floor from 10.30 to 11.30 a.m. and for II P.U. ‘B’ and ‘D’ sections in the auditorium at the cellar from 11.30 to 12.30.

More than 100 parents attended the meeting with their wards and signed the undertaking forms. The class coordinators were present and distributed the calendar of events to the parents. High tea was arranged at the end of the meeting.
